9.30am   Set-up of equipment; start of food preparation (Toasted Bread with Mushroom Soup) / Integrity 1-2 & Hope 1-1 Class Projects:  Befriending & Making of recycled origami vases (concurrent activities)

10.00am   Serving of morning tea break (Toasted Bread with Mushroom Soup) to elderly

11.00am   Lunch for elderly / Karaoke Session (TBC) (concurrent activities)

11.30am   Finish packing and clearing up;  break

12.00pm   Start of debriefing / sharing  and reflections (circle time) by Heartwarmers & FTs
