Activities: Mini Carnival @ CMH
Time: 0800 - 1300

Mini Carnival Details :

Mini Carnival collaboration with Naval Base Secondary School.
Comprises of
2 food stalls (Ice - Cream Stall, Corn Cup Stall ) ,
5 game stalls (Basketball, "Throw and Win", Pin Ball Spray, Fishing,Bowling )
1 Prize redemption stall (Biscuit, Coffee Powder, Snake Powder, Maggi Noodle).

Rules of the Game :

- Each beneficiary will receive 10 ice cream sticks
- Beneficiary need to go around the 5 different game stalls to play and collect as many ice-cream sticks as possible however the winning number of ice-cream sticks varies for each game stalls
-Beneficiary have the choice to redeem foods / prizes with their ice-cream sticks in the midst of the carnival
- OR they can redeem both foods & prizes at the end of the carnival

Role of the Volunteers :
- Setting up the Stalls
-Volunteers will be assigned to be the IC for the different Game/Food/Prize Redemption Stalls
- Push & encourage the push chair bound residents to participate
-Clear up the mess and rearrange tables back to the original layout


Event Timeline:

0800 - 0815  Reporting @ CMH for briefing
0815 – 0830 Setting up of Games/Food Stall
0845 – 1030 Carnival Commence
1030 – 1100 Art & Crafts - Origami Session by NBSS Students
1100 – 1130 Performance by NBSS
1130 - 1200 Clear up the Place
1200 - 1300 Debrief & Recruitment Talk
