Ingredients : Luncheon Meat, Sardine ,Onions, Eggs, Baguette, Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Pepper, Salt Veg Oil
Station 1:
Number of Volunteers : 4
1)Mash the luncheon meat / sardine
Station 2:
Number of Volunteers : 3
1) Cut Onions into small pieces
Station 3:
Number of Volunteers : 2
1)Beat the egg into a mixing bowl
2)Add in onions and luncheon meat / sardine
3)Mixed it up
Station 4:
Number of Volunteers : 3
1)Cut the Baguette into half parallel to the base
2)Apply the mixed ingredient onto the Baguette
Station 5:
Number of Volunteers : 3
1)Pan fried the Roti-John
Should time and weather permits, we will also be bringing the beneficiaries out for a meal at the nearby market.
