Outing to the Singapore River on 27/9/2014

Hello fellow volunteers,

The long awaited outing is finally here! Here's the information of the outing coming this Saturday.

First of all, we would like to thank North West CDC WeCare Fund for funding this event. This outing will not be possible without their support!

[Event for 27 September 2014 - Outing to Singapore River]

Time: 0900 - 1330
Reporting Time: 9am
Reporting Place: Christalite Methodist Home
  
9.30am Departure from CMH
10.00am Arrival at Singapore River (Walk towards ACM)
11.00am Asian Civilisation Museum
12.00pm Bus to Singapore Flyer (Lunch @ Seafood Paradise)
1.00pm Bus to CMH
1.30pm Arrival at CMH

We will be bringing 20 beneficiaries to the Singapore River and will be walking down to Asian Civilization Museum followed by lunch at Seafood Paradise at Singapore Flyer.  =) Thanks to all who have responded by signing up!!

Remember to bring along your caps or shades on that day! Please be punctual on that day for the event briefing and also safety briefing.

***NOTE: Haze Situation***

Due to the recent haze, the home has informed us that outing will be cancelled if PSI level is in unhealthy range (101-200).

Therefore, we will be monitoring the PSI level closely on Friday 26 Sep 2014, a day before the event and further decide if the event is still on. 

In event where we have to cancel the event, the outing will be postponed to a later date. We will notify you via SMS to confirm the status of the outing, so look out for our message! :)
